It feels good to be acknowledged. As part of the Make in India Week, Indiaartndesign(dot)com was invited to conduct a workshop on the ‘survival of Indian traditional art and craft in the digital era’ under the aegis of ADI – the Association of Designers of India Mumbai Chapter. Curated by celebrated portrait painter Gayatri Mehta, who gave a live demonstration at the Make in India Centre, we were overwhelmed by the moving crowd of 150+, who thoroughly enjoyed themselves as participants and onlookers!
