On the one hand, we come across a large design populous lamenting the status quo: whether bureaucracy-driven issues, design-related regulations, governmental viewpoints etc. On the other, we see this positive drive that seeks to empower the common man with the correct definition and know-how of design – its value and impact. Although done in pockets, small packages and periodically; the resoluteness of such initiatives are laudable and do their two-bit to stoke the fires that be.
