We are privileged to have eminent Prof. Anil Gupta as our Guest Editor for the coming week as we initiate you into our Design Impact Special Edition, starting today. Prof. Gupta works amidst grassroots innovators and propagates a strong thought – that design for social change can actually be a pragmatic reality if talented professionals join hands with raw ideators to collaborate on impactful design for society at large. The reason for the Design Impact Week is two-fold: celebrating the spirit of ‘enquiry and solution’ that is relentlessly working its magic, unperturbed, unknown; and to push the awareness and awaken the design-conscious to ‘design’ as a very powerful tool for social empowerment.
