We, at India Art n Design are proud to state that our ezine is privileged to be the only design magazine from India to be invited to attend the opening of Istituto Marangoni’s new school of design in Milan. On my way to attending the opening of yet another school of design by this reputed institute, I look forward to meeting the design fraternity from different countries; interacting with the top brass of the Istituto Marangoni and get some invaluable insights of design from Guilo Cappelini in person. Until next week, when I am back with all the heavy dope on Milan’s new design school, and the design scenario in the world’s fashion n design capital, you take care and enjoy the fare we’ve put together for you this week. While on one hand, we have the veterans giving us one challenging design after another, we are also exploring new trends and viewing fresh insights through newcomer designers. We bring you a peek into the projects envisaged and actualized by NID graduating students and arm you with the forthcoming trends for 2014 – resultant of the design pro fairs including Maison & Object Paris, IMM Cologne.
