Jet setting lifestyles, an appreciation for the uber style, high on comfort define basic parameters in residential design today. The two duplex that we feature are worlds apart in their treatment – they are both makeovers; but underline the fact that man is a greedy animal - greedy for luxury, for space, for a continually enhancing standard of living and paradoxically global in approach. Ditto for the hospitality fit-out or the high rises envisaged for Sacramento and Boston that cater to the same scenario.
